I love cooking, but was frustrated with my kitchen knives. I knew a good knife could make a huge difference in the kitchen, but couldn't afford the premium retail prices. I set out to design my dream collection and launched them on Kickstarter. With the support of family, friends, and backers across the world, we raised 450% of our original goal.

I took early prototypes to masters in their respective fields and asked for criticism. With this expert testing and feedback, I revised the prototypes, sharpened the angles, and produced the final blades.
